You Are Not Your Past

Your past does not define you because your future is undetermined. You are in control. These were the words that resonated in me that night in Lagos 12/23/18 as I listened to the David Goggins book. Listening to it gave me the extra push I needed. I spent weeks indoor focused on what I wanted to create.

You see there finally comes a point when you have to understand that past mistakes do not define who you are. You do not have to live in the past or dwell in it. You past shapes you unto the person you become. Let your past make you better not bitter. #Day355
